How much rice for a clean bulk?

I just started eating rice regulary to gain some size. I am super lean but want to add a bit of mass before summer this year. I don't know anything but 60% of my Cal's should come from carbs. should I lean bulk or cut? - pleeeeeeeease help i am confused

Hi I am following a 5 by 5 program. My numbers are not good - (BP 140, S 180, D 195) but they are improving slowly. Question Heavier the day after eating a rice dinner

Hi all I've been noticing that when I eat rice for dinner (~350 calories or 100gr) I'm heavier the day after (almost 2lb) even tough I eat the same roughly the same calories and macros, anyone does it know why this happens? Does rice absorb more water than other starches? Thanks.

Don't understand macros of jasmine rice?

The bag says 1/4 cup = 42 grams of carbs But someone at the gym said 1/4 cup of uncooked Jasmine rice makes 3/4's cup of cooked rice. kinda confused Based on the bag of rice, 1/4 cup = 42 grams which means if I eat a full cup of rice = 168 grams of carbs?

Protein intake

Hi, I usually workout at around 11PM and mostly finish my daily protein/calorie intake needs till then. Is it okay if I just straight go to sleep after without any protein intake? Keep in mind I reached my daily goal for the day before working out.
