How much water do I need a day?

My weight is 170lbs and height 5’11 My bf is around 13-14 .. Gallon a day is too much ? Also if I drink 3 liters of water and 500 ml of Coke Zero , does the coke count as water ? Let’s say I need 3 liters of water a day , will 2.5 liters of pure water and 0.5 liter of Coke Zero be alright ?

Why is my maintenance so high (cant find foods to eat)?

Calorie intake 2 days after a workout?
