Anyone else train whilst fasted?

Quaker chewy bars?

I'm on a bulk and have been eating 2 of these daily but recently heard that they could be pretty bad for me. Any opinions on this? If they are really that bad what would be a good alternative? I like them because they're easy to eat and have 17g of carbs per bar

Can I Up my Fat Intake?

I'm currently on my first bulk, eating 1g of protein per pound of body weight, and 0.4g of fat per pound. I'm struggling to eat 350+ grams of carbs each day at my weight. My question is can I lower my carbs down and increase my fat intake? I only eat 68g of fat, would it be bad for me to increase...

Question about the amount of carbs in uncooked rice vs potatoes

According to the packaging, the rice I'm eating now contains 80g of carbs in every 100g of uncooked rice, which to me seems high (which I'm looking for). However when looking at potatoes, every source I check tells me there's only 12g or so of carbs in every 100g of potatoes which to me seems low...

Is it recommended to eat the same food everyday?

I was wondering if you guys eat the same daily meals every single day, or do you guys like to mix it up everyday? I figured eating the same foods everyday (even if it meets all your protein/carbs/fat requirements) would be of great convenience, but I would like to know if this is not a good idea....
