Does anyone add salt to oatmeal?

On most boxes of oatmeal I see it will tell you to prepare it with some salt. I've never done that. Any additional benefit or any tastier from doing this? I usually would prefer oatmeal as something sweet rather than salty

Does the body treat vegetarian EPA the same as fish derived EPA?

Curious of the bioavailability/bioequivalency etc are the same for algal vs fish based EPA? Or are there trace benefits of fish based EPA that add to the effects like with other things?

Does anyone here get a (premade) meal delivery service?

Just wondering if any one recommends one that they've been satisfied with. I am hoping that these services are higher quality food than what you would eat from Stoeffers or Lean Cuisine. I see there are some that deliver fresh and not frozen, and some are frozen, doesn't matter to me as long as...

"as sold" weight for meat w/ bone

Hi all, I've always assumed I've done this right, but I'm double-checking now. In the UK, our meat packs frequently provide weight, calories and macros "as sold" on the label. I know this means raw (if sold raw), but for meat that comes on the bone, does that weight account for the raw meat...

I normally eat what's convenient, cheap and tasty which is almost always healthy, but in American it seems to be the opposite. A bowl of pho is the Vietnamese...
