Questions on calorie counts & macros not matching up.

So when I calculate my macros, the protein, fat & carb intake never comes out what the calories of the food are. Is this common? Should I ignore it? Should I still count the calories of that food regardless if it does not match? For example, on the package of walnuts there are 210 calories...

How is keto good for cutting?

I posted this in the keto forum but no one answered ;/. So I'm wondering how only 20%-30% of my calories from protein is efficient for cutting. Aren't I supposed to get 1g/lbm of protein to preserve muscle on a cut? 20%-30% is pretty far below these macros so why doesn't this become dangerous?
