Surplus Same Result?

If someone were to gain like 100 pounds without lifting, just eating, would it all be fat, or would a good amount be muscle? I know when u bulk with weights, you gain muscle and fat together, but if you just ate without lifting, would part of the weight be muscle? I'm curious to how surpluses work....

Exclamation Daily protein intake ?

Hi guys, almost all of you know that the daily protein intake must be between 1.8 - 2.7 g per kg. are plant proteins (cereals / legumes) also considered in this count? I know that these must be considered only in the presence of a protein source of animal origin as they allow the complete...

I can't cook at home, what are the cheapest takeout food options with protein?

For reasons I can't explain I cannot cook at home, this includes making my own protein shakes. I still want to build strength and I understand that your diet has a lot to do with it. What are the best cheap takeout options? I'm trying to budget around $250 / month. At the moment I've been going to...

Is that what you guys are saying?

I can get lean with some muscle still there at 190 lbs, that’s what my av was taken at, I’m 6’2. It makes for good pics, but too skinny in clothes to be honest. I start looking reasonably muscular at 215 lbs but abs are gone by then. So that’s it? This is all I got? I can’t get lower body fat and...

Cereal - Postworkout

Hey guys I was just wondering if it seems smart to eat 2-3 bowls of kid cereal after my workout. I'm currently doing ICF and have recently increased my caloric intake to a bit over 3000. Fruit loops or something similar to that has 20+ carbs and most of that is simple carbs so would it be a good...

What does cottage cheese taste like?

I read that it tastes like salty cheese, or if you get the low fat version, a lot more like sour cream. I saw some cottage cheese today in the grocery store that had strawberry flavor and vanilla flavor. I'm not a fan of raw cheese flavors, nor am i a fan of plain sour cream. Do you think i...

Question Should I go down to 7-9% bodyfat or start a lean bulk early??

I have been lifting for only about 7 months with proper nutrition, sleep, hydration etc. and did two bulks with a cut in between during November to April and started my most recent cut in late May. I’m a fairly new lifter and am wondering if I should put on more size as an ectomorph through another...
