Drinking/ moderation?

The last couple of years I have had a pretty healthy routine of working out. Unfortunately I have been drinking a bit too much but that made me ask the question what is too much? I normally drink 100 proof rum and one reason is to drink less fillers/ sugar and I always drink diet drinks as well....
