OMAD + keto meal?

Been on IF a while decided to switch it up to OMAD + Keto for health and energy benefits also time convenience due to hectic schedule. Go and lift at 6pm eat at 8:30 pm (OMAD). My current meal: 1 scoop creatine post workout (break fast with this) 6 whole eggs + cayenne pepper sour cream

Calcium Lactate

I was told by a trainer today that calcium lactate is cruical in building muscle and the healing process. I have never heard this before, but I was wondering if anyone else uses this? and if it has helped? Thanks
