High calorie, low carb & sodium foods

Oats are the goat. Change my mind

I know everyone on here knows about the bodybuilding staple of oats but I have to say that I freaking love oats. It is seriously one of the very VERY FEW foods where the recommended serving size is actually satisfying and enough for me. 1/2 cup tides me over for a lot longer than other foods....
