Thumbs up 12/27/2007 - End of Mr. Fatty

After high school, I gained massive fat due to sitting home and not playing football/lifting etc. Here are some pictures to show my obese status - My goal by December 2008: Drop from 263lbs, 30% BF to 160-180lbs, 10% bodyfat. Wish me luck, but with hardwork and dedication, I will make this possible.

12/22/2007 - Start of a new life!

My Fat-loss Log
