what number do you calc your calories against

lets say, Im at 220 X 12 = 2400 - 500 = 1900 so I would have to eat 1900cals per day to lose fat now I see some people do that vs 15 so 220 X 15 =3300 - 500 = 2800 you guys see there is a 900 calories difference there so what is it I think than I should range between eating 1900 and...
