43 years old, getting lean, reduce fat?

Hi, I'm 43, 180 cm height (5 ft 11 in), with 87 kg. Need to reduce weight to start training again, not to get muscle but to look lean and toned. What do you recommend?

Constant urge to stretch during week off.

Long hours

For those who regularly put 60+ hours a week in at work how do you manage your 5 day splits? It seems I only have time for work, gym and sleep 5 days a week. It’s been that way at my job since the pandemic started and there is no signs of it changing for quite some time. I’m averaging about 5-6...

I have recorded my squats from the side several times for my own review. On Monday I recorded from the rear for the first time and thought I would share for any input.
