Please explain near 40 Years Old and "feeling the need to be protected by a tall guy"

Anyone tried stem cell therapy?

Pretty new stuff, so it's a long shot. Tweaked my wonky knee and that is what got me started looking. I usually do a spin class for high intensity cardio. Traveling and decided to try running. Knee was stiff after the first time and I took a day off then tried again. Bad idea...really annoying...

Garage Rat should have more reps

The guy has a great build, experience in all aspects of our "hobby", and always gives solid advice. I just noticed his reps are disproportionately low for such great contribution. I guess it's because he is rather soft spoken and measured that he slips off the radar. Just saying.
