Your best chest exercise ?

And by best I mean the one that lights your pecs up the most - obviously there's not a 100% connection between soreness or pump and effective hypertrophy but I do feel that it's some indicator of the recruitment of the muscle when you can barely flex after a set and ache for days in the good way...

Posture Correctors or Correction Advice?

Do any of you guys have experience with posture correctors? If so, any recommendations? My shoulders roll forward and slump down. They have my whole life, and I have never been able to fix this. Now that I am building some muscle, it seems it is getting more pronounced.

Heavier than I Look
