Question Why does my whole body hurt

Why does my body hurt after an intense evening of yoga and stretching? It hurts while moving in one direction and after getting used to it it hurts moving in the other direction. Why is that? Should I move more or rest more?

failed lifts, failed lifts, flailed lifts

is it just me, or did everyone else fail on there lifts today also? running Mad Cow, failed on bench and squat. (205 and 255) got 4 out of 5 reps. could it just be a bad day?

Healing slower

I'm healing at a rate 2x slow as I was in my 20's. Joints are the main problem. Have to wait 3 days sometimes to workout the same muscle group, when I used to do it every day all week and rest on Saturday and Sunday. This is bull****.
