Post Month 5. Good results (I think), misc. advice appreciated

Before / After picture in the attachment. Small, bad quality, but should give a general idea. Given I didn't move a muscle for 20 years, I think what I achieved in 4 months is not that bad - but now I am facing this ugly situation - which I think must be quite common - where I am all pumped up...

Failure vs Intensity... Is training to failure beneficial?

been lifting (bodybuilding) since 1981 (besides a 2 year injury and 9 year taekwondo hiatus), and back then, at least where I was from, everyone preached going to failure on every set. Ya know screaming in your face "one more rep" while "Going the Distance" from Rocky played in the background. So,...

40yr old with knee pain, debating on solution.

Hey Everyone, I have a bit of a dilemma. I'm a 40 yr old male. Over the past few years, I’ve had problems with my right knee. I could feel a grinding/pop sensation if I covered the knee with my hand and completely straightened my leg. Most of the time it was relatively painless, unless I...

Chest development, big space in the middle

As per thread's title, see attached image. I regularly bench, both flat and incline, do 1-hand cable extensions, dips, and I have been experiencing growth (which is to say, I was 100% flat 3 months ago). Yet, there's that big space in the middle, pretty much the whole width of my sternum. ...
