Anyone With Shoulder Arthritis?

Learned recently that I have osteoarthritis in my left shoulder, probably from an old (non-lifting) injury many years ago. Still managing to lift pretty well, but the issue is likely to progress. Anyone out there dealing with this? Any special approach that's worked for you?

Curious why some people look very charismatic, while others looks too tight, or infle

I am talking about the aesthetic look some people have when they have gained a lot of muscle mass, maybe in 220lbs+ lean muscle category, while other's look too inflexible or unaesthetic and not as attractive. Why is that? why do some people look more charismatic?. eg; I love lean pro wrestlers...

Bourbon and Fitness

I know I'm probably looking for excuses but I'm a 40 y/o male and I workout 5 days a week consistently. Recently, after Halloween, I changed my diet and eating habits, went on a 16/8 intermittent fasting track and while eating, kept it low carb/keto. I shed 20 pounds since 11/8 and feeling great!...

Check on family and friends that live alone.

Covid19 is spreading very fast. Hopefully it will be mild. My wife had it last year. She had mild symptoms for a week then her fever shot up and she started having trouble breathing so I took her to the hospital. At that point she was very tired and confused and did not want to get out of bed. ...

Exhaustion, Age, Exercise,or Sleep

I’ve been back in the gym lifting about 5 days a week and an hour at a time for nearly 10 weeks now. I have found that I do get tired, not always rested after waking, and in some cases taking a short nap between getting off work, the having dinner before hitting the gym. Not sure if it’s being...

knees make crunchy sounds on light deadlift or sometime walking up stairs

I'm 44 I've lifted off and on since my 20s but have been mostly off from about age 30 until this year. I also did a lot of running stairs in my 20s for cardio. This year I've been pretty well just doing upper body stuff except when I started out back in june, back then I went fairly light on...

Question What is normal testosterone for a 46 year old?

I tried looking this up but I see different opinions on this everywhere. I'm 46 and just had a basic blood test done that included total test level. Mine is at 354 ng/dL. That sounds pretty low to me. Where should I be, and where can I be? I've heard Tongkat Ali and Fadogia have been shown to...

skinny arms and legs

Did anybody here have arms around 11 to 12 inches in their early forties? My calves are 14 inches. I'm 6'5 and probably weigh close to 200 lbs.

How to break the cycle??

I have been a life-long yo-yo dieter. It's been a vicious cycle: I decide that I hate how I look and want to get fit, then I get excited about my "new life, new me" and lose weight, but ultimately burn out and gain all the weight back and sometimes more. I'm looking to break the cycle. Has anyone...

Any Oklahomans here? I have a few questions for you

We are looking to relocate our family, and OK is currently our #1 seed. We want to move to an area where we’ll be surrounded by mostly like-minded people, where the politicians value individual liberty/freedom, and the schools aren’t teaching our kids to be racist. We’d prefer to buy a...

Delts, Shoulders, Nerve, Numb Fingers?

Alright, so I've tried just about every type of variation I've found online for Delt workouts and nothing works. Every time I try and increase weights beyond a certain "comfort zone" on my delt exercises I begin to feel a sharp pain deep in my upper shoulder when moving my arm around the very next...
