Between Meals

I am a 5 foot 10 around 165 pound 38 year old man. It's been tough getting down to that 155 mark. What types of food do you guys eat between meals that actually get you full? I currently do nuts. But it seems like my stomach don't like nuts in large quantities. Looking for ideas.

Coconut oil revisisted

I wonder if anyone is using this or if it was just a fad that died out. I started taking it in the mornings a few weeks back as I have trouble eating anything sensible so early in the mornings (6am) before work.
