BF percentage

Sup' fellas? I'm 35 yo and I decided I'll up my game again, last time I trained hard(6 months) was 13 years ago, since then only light weights for a healthy lifestyle. My caliper has not arrived yet so I thought I would ask here what BF percentage do u guys think I have?

No surgery for rotator cuff -- yet

Went to see the surgeon about my rotator cuff today. He said that according to the MRI, the tear is small and may be able to heal by itself with therapy, which I start next week. If that doesn't help, then a shot of cortisone will be given next month. If it still doesn't come around, then surgery...
