How to find time to get to gym

Hey guys, I work shift work and was my day shift is a Tuesday-Friday 6-4:30pm shift. I got a dog at home that needs out for walks when I get home and a gf and 2 kids. How can fit going to gym into my schedule even for 30-45 mins? Any suggestions. Like to be home for dinner around 5-6pm
