Question Looking To Build Up Grip Strength -- Suggestions?

After pulling something in my left wrist last week and now pulled something in my right forearm, I now realize that my grip strength is the issue. I've generally done reverse bar curls and bar rolls on biceps days and relied on just the use of my grip on other exercises to be enough to bring things...

Cut or bulk?

Hello all, I’m 37 years old, 6’3, 208 pounds. I’m in a situation where I don’t know if I should cut or bulk. I’m currently 18% body fat and would like to cut that down to at least 12%, maybe even lower. At the same time, I want to build my chest (currently have some chest fat), arms (skinny arms)...

Jordan Feigenbaum/Barbell Medicine

Recently stumbled across this guy along with Austin Baraki while perusing training You Tubes. A lot of what he says seems to make sense, but I'm not really qualified to determine whether it's all really legit. Anybody familiar with this guy? If so, what's your opinion on his training...

Wrist Wraps For Wrist Pain From Arthritis?

I have mild arthritis in my left wrist, which is worse in the winter months. I lift in the morning, which is when it is at it's worse. Anybody ever use wrist wraps for this? Did it help any? Any other suggestions coping with this? And yes...my form is good. I am not new to lifting, just new to...

Advice needed!

Hi, looking for some help and advice and thought speaking to people who may have been in a similar situation at some point could be the best way to go. I'm 35, 5ft 8' and weigh roughly 11st (70kg). I've trained for a few years but never used to give it 100%. I get disheartened easily when not...

Super Squats Program

Been thinking of starting this in the New Year after coming off a 3 month deficit. I'm in the middle of reading the book and have almost convinced myself that this will be my next program. I've done 20 rep squats in the past (not this program) and they are brutal. Has anyone in the 035 given...

Thinking about a lean bulk

Seems like I have been cutting my whole life. About 8 or 9 years ago I was at my heaviest at 265 lbs (only 6ft tall). So over the years I have been on some kind of "cut" which leads me to my current weight of 194ish lbs. I have to admit that I have been cutting so long that cutting has been my...

Training with a pacemaker

Hello Everyone, I just had a pacemaker implanted (3 weeks ago) and I am concerned about weight training. I have been bodybuilding/weight training for nearly twenty years. My concern is not health (I am healthy) but breaking a lead. I have a single lead in the right atrium. The pacemaker...
