Wink Getting back at 50

Hey guys getting back after about 5 yrs. Looking to lose weight and get stronger. Been back 2 weeks now and the initial soreness is feeling good. Going to get a decent protein to help and a preworkout down the road. I'll try to document my progress so it helps me be accountable. Cheers all.

Creatine gives me headaches!!

Just wondered if anyone else has the same problem......I have tried Creatine Mono for a few weeks on and off( I make sure I am well hydrated) and when I take it i get these weird headaches like Pow in my head that then subsides......No more creatine for me!!!
