Lifts and weight have stalled for 4 months

Weight has been 162 for 4 months. Lifts have marginally increase 200-210 x5 bench 260-265 x 5 squat 325-335 x 5 deadlift. I run a PPL routine but the past month I can only get 3 -4 days in. What should I do besides the "eat more" statement to improve my lifts.
