Post Bicep pain

Hi, so I was getting ready this morning and was sat drying my hair when I went to go grab a drink from my desk at an angle where my body stayed neutral and invent my arm slightly back and out straight. I felt a very tiny click (not a pop) and a slight shooting pain in my bicep (around the right...

Rep range??

Say if I want to do a 3x15 workout for biceps, how do I know that I have chosen the right weight? For example, if I choose a weight, in the 1st set I may be able to go to 20 reps, but the 2nd and 3rd sets I go 15 reps, I assume that would be the right weight, but do I stop the 1st set at 15 reps,...

Is having a six pack average for a 14 year old?

I’m 14 weigh 130lbs and am 5 ft 6 in tall. I was wondering if having a six pack is above or below average for a 14 year old? I have a 6 pack now and my obliques form an alright v-line. I’m getting closer to an 8-pack as I work abs hard around 3 times a week and I have a good diet too.

When is a set over?? Failure?

When is a set over? Is it when you can't lift anymore? When your form breaks? When tempo changes? For example, when I do my 3x15 bicep curl workout with dumbbells, would it be over when my concentric phase slows down, even though I can still continue with good form?

Feels so bad!

So I have always hated my chest. Its always been tiny. Looking at it you couldn't tell i worked out. All the rest of my body I have seen great progress, but never the chest. I never knew what I was doing wrong! I worked both lower chest and upper chest a good amount, ate enough and slept enough...

How many calories is a hard 1 1/2 - 2 hour workout? Little rest between

Supersets, minimal rest, not including the cardio? I did like 20sets with a compound exercise to go along with that. So 40sets I know it could vary I just want to have an idea. In hs I used to think 1hr workout was like 100 calories, but. I never researched it?

How to prevent muscle loss during long cardio sessions (like hiking)?

I have started hiking every week these past few months and I notice that I am getting smaller, visually. I have more strength AND endurance when lifting, but paradoxically I am losing weight (DEFINITELY NOT BODY FAT... I am 10% bf and I would notice if I burn fat) and mass. I also hit the gym...

Bulk, kind of

I’m currently 110 lbs at 5’5, about 12% body fat and the strongest I’ve been in my life. Over the summer I cut down 10% body fat and 18lbs and got way stronger. Im currently benching my own body weight, and using weights double to quadruple to when I started. The problem is I’m kinda skinny. When I...

Average arm size for 14 year old male?

I’m 14 years old, I’m 5 foot 6 inches tall and weigh 130lbs. I work arms twice a week and use dumbells and barbells. My arms are around 11.5 inches. I’m not sure how good that is but it’s become hard to get them any bigger. If anyone has suggestions or knows the average size that would be helpful!

Did teenage Arnold Shwarzenegger have small delts

So I have been looking at a few pics of him, and even when he was just 15 his biceps had huge peaks, and I was looking at it and trying to figure out why. Then I realized, it appears he had (relatively) small delts then, and that made it look like the biceps peaked higher. I can only find a few...
