Wink Barbell Benchpress vs Assisted Barbell Benchpress Machine

First of all, if "Assisted Barbell Benchpress Machine" is not clear enough for u, it's the the machine in which u don't have to stabilize the barbell so u push vertically only. It's also safer since there're alot of holes and u need only to rotate it to place the barbell. In my opinion, the...

Is it possible that I've been putting on muscle but not weight?

Dunno what it is. I've seen considerable change in the last 4 months, but my fasted weight has remained at 168~169 the entire time. I don't think it has anything to with the fact that I only do calisthenics. Maybe it does? Maybe my scale is inaccurate?

I was only 13 at the time and knew nothing about proper training or nutrition, so when I...
