How much weight to stunt growth

I am 15, 5'9, and 160 pounds. I have already been into weightlifting for 2 years now, but now I am interested in playing Line backer in Football. I want to make sure I grow to my full height but I also want to be able to bench 225 for a set by the end of the summer. Is this too much for my age?

Not sure if I should bulk or cut

I’m 17 6’2 185ish and around 16-18%bf. I’m not fat or anything, i still have bicep and forearm veins and a little bit of abs if I flex, but I feel like I’m getting too fat and I shouldn’t get any fatter. However I don’t think I’m big enough and I think I’m too young to be cutting weight. My legs...

Rep range for calves

I've heard that the best rep range for calves (and legs) is the high reps like 15-20 because the legs are built for endurance and respond to higher reps more than lower reps. Some others say that legs should be trained like all muscle groups with 6-8 reps. What would be the best rep range for...

Does this workout routine sound good?

16 years old, 6'3", ~210 lbs. Full body routines and push-pull routines have gotten me nowhere, so this focuses on individual groups. I know that teenagers do not typically do more than 4-day splits, but spreading things out a little more tend to work better for me. 1 year or so of legitimate...
