Pictures or mirrors?

When I take progress pictures I look good but when walking past mirrors or reflections I look small. Could it just be a mental thing? Also in the gym when I’m in the middle of the room I look much better than when I am right infront of mirror.

One Arm Way Stronger Than Other

I’m just getting into lifting and noticing that one of my arms is visibly bigger than the other yet it is way weaker. For example when i’m doing dumbbell chest presses i’m targeting 10-12 reps and I hit that with my right arm but I have to often stop near 8 on my left. How should I deal with this?

ive got a very mild case of gyno. quite puffy nipples but barely any moobs. anyway my nipples are positioned quite close to my armpits and i read somewhere that if you work out your pecks with gyno it will move your nipples and be bad? i know you cant focus burn fat so its not like peck exercises...
