Worth going back to a novice routine for someone in my case?

Gender: Male Age: 19 Height: 5'5 Weight: 129 lbs- 148 lbs Best lifts: -Squat 185 (3 reps) -Bench 90 lbs (3 reps) -OHP 70 lbs (1 rep) -Deadlift: 175 for 6 reps (This feels light for me, gym uses hex plates that ****s up my form due to resetting, hindering progress)
