lack of protein

Hey guys, i weigh 70kgs, and for this weekend i'm kind of sick, i have no appetite at all... On my usual days, i eat about 140g of protein, but this weekend i only ate about 50 a day. Is this going to have any negative effects on me? Tomorrow i'm planning to get back on my daily routine

Question Body fat estimate

My body fat caliper says I'm at 8% BF but my weight scale says I'm 14%. Which of those would be a better estimate? I'm 16 years old, 137 lbs and 5'9 tall I started lifting 6 months ago.

Worth going back to a novice routine for someone in my case?

Calorie Increase from Muscld Gain

I am expected to gain around 8 kilos of muscle (and 2-3kg of fat) after 8 months of training on the all pro program, if all goes well of course. My current maintenance calories are 2000, how much will this increase with 8kg of lean muscle gain?

Curls makes my forearms feel like theyre about to explode
