How many pushups are too many?

I've been doing 10 sets of 30 push-ups daily, with about 10-20 mins between each set. I've read someware that doing too many pushups is counterproductive, however I don't feel sore or tired from my current schedule. Would it be better to reduce the amount of pushups I do and if so how much? If my...

Left leg a little smaller than right leg - Problem?

So I felt like my right leg was a little smaller than my left leg (not that noticable though, asked my gf to check it out and she saw no difference) so I measured them as accurately as I could and it turns out my left is like 1-1,5cm (0,5 inch or so) smaller in circumference (not width). Arrow Macros

Hey guys, I've been bulking for about 2 months now and I've realized I'm losing weight while bulking? I'm meeting my fat and protein macros, but not even getting half of my recommended 400g of carbs per day. Could lack of carbs be a problem in why I'm not gaining muscle or weight?

Hypermobile Elbows

I have hypermobile elbows. Am I supposed to lock out doing bench presses, or any weightlifting exercises for that matter? I feel like it'll gradually destroy my elbows, but if I don't lock out, doing say bicep curls, I don't feel the contraction.
