Do you guys think David laid is still natural

He’s always been confirmed by most people to be natural but ithink he could be pushing it by this point if you look at his ig lately. Maybe nothing extreme but maybe a bit of test? Increased strength while getting even leaner like 8%

Can anyone confirm this is the 5x5 workout?

h ttps://gyazo.com/58629a19ee2021e6de406639742b4afb Was just wondering if that's the correct 5x5 program, I'm going to start it soon, just wanted to make sure if this was the correct one. And if it is, it doesn't seem like an awful lot to do (I could be wrong however as I haven't used it yet)

Boney shoulders

The tip/top of my shoulders and back clavicle area aren't filling very well. It looks a bit awkward. Does this happen when your shoulders aren't very strong? I kind of have to do very low weight because of a joint inflamation/mobility issue.
