am i getting weaker or am i overtraining?

2 weeks ago I was able to do 200 push ups in a row. last week I was able to do 163 push ups in a row. today I am able to do 175 push ups in a row. Am I getting weaker or my body just needs rest?

Boney shoulders

The tip/top of my shoulders and back clavicle area aren't filling very well. It looks a bit awkward. Does this happen when your shoulders aren't very strong? I kind of have to do very low weight because of a joint inflamation/mobility issue.
