How many calories is a hard 1 1/2 - 2 hour workout? Little rest between

Tricep Workouts ROM?

For tricep exercises (i.e. pull-downs, extensions, dips, etc) what angle of elbow flexion do you go to? I've seen a lot of people, pretty much everyone stop at 80-90 degrees, instead of full elbow flexion. Why is that? Does full flexion cause tendon/joint injuries? Similar to squats ass to grass....
