Smile Free Weights Are Better Than Machines

This point has been proven time after time. Machines only give you 75% of the pump that you would get from a machine. So only use machines for things that you need them for like the lat pull down, or the leg extension or leg curl.

Train Everything

Average Thigh Size

Vastus Medialis (teardrop muscle) imbalance. help!

Non-simetrical body

Need help with diet/training - 19 y old

I am 19 and i totally love bodybuilding! This summer i tried to bulk up and my diet was: 3500 kcal for 1 month 3750 2nd month 4000 3rd month - 240-300 p - 80-100 f - rest c had 91 kgs , now 85. bench press - 130 kg (1 rep alone) 100 kg for 8 reps.

Calories Burned vs Calories Gained

Tiny traps

I've noticed that my traps are much smaller than average and wanted to bring them up so my neck doesn't look so long. Would high volume shrugs / deadlifts / etc be able to bring them up to the point where my neck doesn't appear to be as long or is there something else to fix this issue?
