How much weight to stunt growth

I am 15, 5'9, and 160 pounds. I have already been into weightlifting for 2 years now, but now I am interested in playing Line backer in Football. I want to make sure I grow to my full height but I also want to be able to bench 225 for a set by the end of the summer. Is this too much for my age?

One arm pushups are hurting my elbow

Hi all I’ve recently managed one arm pushups but after a couple of reps it’s making my elbow click so that it hurts to even do one Normal push-up. Clears up in a couple of days. But what could this be and how can I avoid it? Don’t want to be doing damage.

Does this workout routine sound good?

16 years old, 6'3", ~210 lbs. Full body routines and push-pull routines have gotten me nowhere, so this focuses on individual groups. I know that teenagers do not typically do more than 4-day splits, but spreading things out a little more tend to work better for me. 1 year or so of legitimate...
