To keep things simple... ... I was off on break for two weeks and you can say I'm just lazy, but I stopped working out as often and stopped eating as much... Even after break was over I wasn't as serious as I'd like to be, maybe it's because of a lack in motivation, but still... The last time I...

So my friend has a little over 12 inch arms flexed. However my arms are 12.6 unflexed but everyone is saying his flexed 12 inch arm looks as big as my unflexed 12.6 inch arm... Is this because a flexed arm automatically looks better than an unflexed arm whether they are the same size.

How do people achieve a body that is all proportionate, I want to get big, but I don’t want my legs to big for my upper body. My question is what do you do if your legs become to big? How do you go about stopping training/not doing as much?

Angry Annoying trainers at the gym

Hi everyone, so recently I was at a gym and some "certified" girl trainer came up to me while I was doing barbell curls and asking me what is this exercise that I'm doing and I should stop doing it because the biceps is a "small muscle" and a barbell is too big. Literally what? How can you be a...

Exclamation Front squat vs back squat?

Hey, I am 14 years old and doing the SL 5x5 program aswell as clean bulking. The only equipment I have is a bench press, barbell and dumbbells. This means that I am only able to do front squats and not the standard back ones as I don’t have a squat rack. Will this effect my progress?

I'm currently doing a 3-day full body workout routine and this morning I woke up and EVERYTHING was sore. I've heard that I should still be going to the gym, even if I am sore, but those articles that say that also tell us to work out muscles that aren't sore. Should I still go even if my whole...

Okay, so my chest has no muscle in the middle. It's all bone. Is this something I can fill out by developing my chest? Or is it just genetic and I can't get the blocky look.
