Dark purple marks

Heavy and strenuous leg day yesterday. Maxed out on squats then did working sets much higher than I anticipated. Today I noticed a mark on the left-back of my knee, around 2cm wide and a dark purple spot. Thought it could be a stretch mark but they don't come on that soon. Just a deep bruise caused...

Pain inbetween bi’s and tri’s while pushing?

I’ve recently been getting pain inbetween my biceps and triceps when I do pushing movements and I suspect it came from a BB bench pr I did not too long ago. My guess is it’s something to do with my tricep since it only happens while pushing, any ideas what I could’ve done/methods of recovery?
