100-400 cal deficit?

Trynna shred enough to see my abs by April-ish. What range of a daily deficit do you guys think I should I go for? I attached pictures of what I currently look like (no pump, taken like an hr after I woke up). I'm 5' 7" 150 lbs rn, wouldn't need to lose much fat to see abs.

At around 16% BF, do I need to cut fat or build muscle for abs?

Bad shoulder pain

I am 16 and I have had shoulder pain for like a year and a half. I used to have bad shoulder pain on my left shoulder during any chest exercise, my right shoulder was completelly fine then. I still have it now but it has gotten much better and it doesn't bother me anymore on my right shoulder....

Chest pains after chest workout

For whatever reason, a day after most my chest workouts, I experience pain/trouble breathing. I’ve heard I tend to bounce the barbell off my chest during bench which may be a contributing factor. Anyone else experienced this before? If so any advice on preventing it in future?
