My Workout Day 1: Chest/Triceps/Shoulders Day 2: Back/Biceps/Forearms Day 3: Legs ~~Repeat~~ Other body building experts have plans that only workout 1 muscle per week and I read that you only need a minimum of 48 hours of rest so it seems sub optimal to work out like the experts.
