Forearms Hurt

My program calls for dumbbell bench presses, I warmup with 10LBS and then use 40LBS for my sets but on around my 2nd set my forearms start to burn and I dont want to continue with the set, is there anything i can do to solve this or maybe make it a little less painful? Thanks in advance!
