Deadlifts

How many times should you deadlift a week I have a 1rm of 200kilo but I train deadlift twice a week first day I do about 70% for 10 every week with deficit deadlifts aswell at the same weight for 6 then on the 2nd I train ethier at 80 85 or 90 percent 1rm but I feel like this may be too taxing....
