is it necessary to train abs everyday? How often should I train them?

I'm a teen male. I do a body weight workout at home everyday that is mostly hitting my abs. I don't go to a gym so I can't use equipment and I'm wondering if I'm working them too much? Am I wasting time working my abs constantly when I should be working other muscles? My goal is to get a six pack....

Trainer logic (Story time)

So, I was working out yesterday and I saw a "coach" doing his usual training with a teen guy at my gym. I didn't pay much attention to them at first, because I saw them there about a month ago. Yesterday, out of curiosity, I kept an eye out for what they are doing because I heard (and personally...

Will I benefit from a quick cut.

I’ve been lean bulking and tracking macros for over 6 months now and have reached 175lbs 5,11 from 160ish. I was just wondering if my bf% is getting too high so would I benefit from cutting for a month or so, or just keep lean bulking with a slightly lower surplus. Any feedback is very...

Can’t post links so my recent pictures are in my gallery, but I have gained lots of weight (purposefully) and a lot of muscle mass but obviously not as lean as I used to be. Past 7 months bench has gone from being able to do 95 for 6 reps to 135 for 5 reps. Is that good bench progress? And also, I...
