First year gains & natty question

srs question, obviously genetics play a role in bb, not surprising. But a lot of people with their first year of natty lifting can put on 20lbs. Can you expect much after that being natty? I’m new to this so this may sound completely stupid, but when I say natty I mean creatine, fish oil, multi....

5'5 and went from 129 lbs to 149 lbs within the last seven months. Keep bulking?

Should I bulk or cut in my situation? I started lifting in April (seven months ago) and I have went from 129 lbs to 149 lbs. My max squat and bench are roughly 190 and 100 lbs respectively. I ran Stronglifts 5x5 in the first several months but I did not get very far in linear progression regardless...

Combining Swimming and Lifting

So my school swim season starts on Monday. I did it last year, and with the 5 days of cardio combined with the poor diet, I lost a lot of muscle and very little fat. I play lacrosse in the spring, and have been lifting all fall and have gained about 4 pounds of muscle in the past 2 months. However,...

Wanting to put on mass

So I'm 15 6ft and weigh around about 65kg. I'm not the strongest, my bench is 70kg, dead lift 110kg and squat is 70kg but I thought that by now I would have started to look a little bigger but I'm still really skinny. Any help?

How to extend your spine further in the bench?

I'm 6'0 and I have a 6'4 arm span, so usually when I bench I do it with as big an arch I can get, but usually that still isn't that much, are there any stretches or anything that can increase this arch?

Question Can’t hit bench prs

Hey guys, My bench numbers are super low considering the time i’ve been at the gym for. I still can’t hit 135lbs because i’ve been to scared to attempt it. This is because I never have a gym buddy/spotter (gym always empty) and not supports on any benches. What should i do since it’s lacking?
