Please help

Can I still make strength and muscle gains off a bro split? I tend to be more consistent with a bro split than an upper lower or full body, because I enjoy it more. Is consistency more important than frequency? My lifts are 1rm 85kg bench, 110kg squat, 140kg deadlift.
