Can you continue to make gains after decreasing volume?

Lets say you're doing 5/3/1 or something like that where you bench once a week, if you then do smolov jr for a few cycles where you bench four times a week. Could you return to 5/3/1 and continue making gains despite the decrease in volume and frequency?

jeans brothers.

so i live in Minnesota and pants are a kinda a requirement here. but jeans dont fit me at all, unless i get 28x27 which im pretty sure dont exist or at least are very uncommon. and also my calves are nonexistent, as in my calves are 14 inch but my quads are 21 inch. so my waist isn't big enough...

I'm 13 and want to become a strongman/powerlift, is this too young to begin training?

If I start lifting heavy weights now then would I injure myself badly. My gym teacher believes that I am too young to do heavy weights, he says I should do low weight but high rep exercises. Should I ignore his advice or not?
