I'm 16 and I've been training for 2 years, I weigh 69 kg and I would like someone to help me with my squat form. Yesterday I was going for a one-rep max of 140 kg and I completely smashed it, I guess I underestimated myself but when looking at the video I can see that my body is swinging to one...

Not Having Good Chest Workouts :(

So, I have decently sized arms (for my age anyway), and kinda sorta have abs, but not very much of a chest, so I want to start focusing on growing my chest. Now, I'm new to chest workouts, so I don't really know if you're SUPPOSED to feel a burn in your chest like the other muscle groups, but when...

Workout app for Android

All apps I've tried so far have been underwhelming: they either lack some features and/or are just a front for a subscription service. I'm looking for an app that I can tailor to any kind of routine, and that let's me easily log and track my lifts. And no ads. So what workout apps are you...

How is it possible that my wrists have grown?

When I started lifting my wrists were about 6.8 inches in circumference. Now after 2 years of weightlifting they are 7.4 inches and my old watch barely fits anymore. How is this possible? I thought there was only bone in the wrist? does ligaments increase in time or what?

Question Over training and stubborn muscles

More of a question tbh, but hi, I am currently 17 years old but not a newbie to working out, i started at the gym when i was 13 and fairly clueless about it, so i primarily trained chest and biceps basically everyday and ate whatever, because of newbie gains, i added lots of size to my frame...

Bench growth

I have been working out for about a year now on and off. My squat has gone up roughly 50 lbs, but my bench will barely move. I’m watching friends (who do the exact same workouts in the morning with me) gain 10 lbs on bench in a week while I’ve been stuck for about a month.

Am curious if my hips and waist proportions look weird or if I would look decently aesthetic if I gain lean mass. Also, some honest reviews on how good/bad my bone structure is would be greatly appreciated.
