So my friend has a little over 12 inch arms flexed. However my arms are 12.6 unflexed but everyone is saying his flexed 12 inch arm looks as big as my unflexed 12.6 inch arm... Is this because a flexed arm automatically looks better than an unflexed arm whether they are the same size.
