Fat loss

hey guys i lost about 10 lbs and noticed by belly fat became "soft". when i sit down and stand up the fat around my hips are pushed up by my pants. The pants sort of "molded" my fat. It hard to explain but i have never noticed it before and my belly also don't look much smaller during the cutting....
