Is Good Posture a byproduct of going to the GYM for a long time OR...

Is Good Posture a byproduct of going to the GYM for a long time OR does it have to be specifically worked on? I ask this because for example, I've never seen a guy with a good muscular physique but has anterior pelvic tilt or posterior, etc.

Weird feeling in tricep when lifting

Angry MAJOR uneven lower pecs

So I had gyno surgery when I was like 16... Anyways Idk if that is the reason but My pecs are very uneven.. Primarly on the lower pecs. In the mirror it looks fine..... Ill show you... But when reversed to its real image.. It looks very uneven and unaesthetic.... Especially on the lower pecs.....

Is squatting 3 times a week enough to get big legs?

I want horse legs like a centaur, I squat 3 times a week Monday 3 sets of 10 reps Wensday 5 sets of 10 reps Friday 5 sets of 5 reps I have been increasing weight 5 to 10 pounds each squat session(3 times a week)! Should I add volume or is this enough???
