Post Anterior pelvic tilt or just fat?

Hey I’m a teen 5’7 struggling with weight was 200 then 134 now fluctuate between 146-153. I don’t want to be extremely lean but I also want a flat stomach - I have an extremely arched back and heard it may be anterior pelvic tilt - anyone here able to help me identify?

What is my body fat %?

Pics are a year apart, just want to have a point of reference for each, because I'm bulking right now and trying to make sure I don't go too high. Both are after gym with abs flexed prolly (both were quite a long time ago so I'm not exactly sure what I was doing)

im using 4000 brothers. 5x poptarts for breakfast = 1000 1 litre whole milk = 600 and 2 poptarts = 1000 ive recently discovered my love for baked beans. 2x cans of baked beans (out of the can hobo style) 800. and a poptart = 1000
