Nearing the end of my bottle. I have been following the same keto diet since late November. Keto had slowed down so I thought I'd give it a shot. 1st week dropped 3lbs. After that small amounts. Mainly around 1lb/week. I was averaging that before the pills. Not worth it.

I was wonder if anyone has taken the pre-workout called attack by Kodiak and had any problems with a drug test. I will be getting drug tested for a law enforcement agency that I'm applying for and don't want the pre-workout causing any false positives. Anybody have any experience with this?

Does green tea extract powder contain any caffeine at all? If so, does anyone know of an extract that doesn't contain caffeine? I'm mostly interested in the EGCG found in this type of extract but unfortunately must stay the heck away from caffeine.
