ABE - Anyone tried this pre workout?

Walked into a supplement shop, had a very interesting discussion with the owner and asked him for something that gives me instant energy to workout. He pointed out the 'all black everything' pre workout supplement, he said it was very popular here in the UK and it was the go to for quick and fast...

Potassium more important than protein?

Potassium seems as important as protein - if not more so - check for yourself. RDA of 4700 mg but one source said 98% of Americans don’t get that. I can believe it. You may have heard bananas are high in Potassium, but you would have to eat 10 to get the RDA. Sure it’s in fruits and veg...

Creatine making me thirsty?

After taking a few months off from gym, I got back into it, as well as starting up the creatine intake again. 5g monohydrate for around 2 weeks now. I definitely noticed me being way more thirsty, is this common?

Getting back into it!

I’m looking to get back into the gym and have no idea where to start. Life, the virus, work, etc.... I just need to start a good program. I think if I see results quickly it will motivate me to stay with my program. I’m 45 not and not a young buck anymore, I know it’s going to be a total life...

Am I taking too much protein?

Hello, for context - I am 19 years old, 195cm/6'4ft tall and weigh around 118kg/260lbs. I have some muscle, but I'm trying to get leaner with weightlifting and eating healthy (around 2100 calories daily, as healthy as possible). It's some kind of a high protein diet in which I should be taking 118...

Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein giving me diarrhea - alternatives?

I drink it with milk but I'm not lactose intolerant. I don't have a gall bladder but I take a medicine to help digest stuff and it's really more for binding to fat. Should I try another brand or do I have to switch to eating tons of chicken or what?

Hello, today doctor wrote me medications which include mildronate. I've read what mildronate does and got a bit confused. Is it worth using L-carnitine while I use mildronate? Will mildronate block and destroy my fat loss? Anyone knows more about mildronate and L-carnitine combined? I've got heart...

Exclamation Mixing 2 pre workouts = bad side effects?

Hey, I took many different pre-workouts for years now and for the first time, I tried mixing 2 brands that I already use, a half scoop of each. For some reason, every time I tried getting a bit hyped for a set it almost made me blackout during the set, It felt like I had the power but my...

Looking for a Testosterone Supplement, which one does BB recommend?

I was recommended one called "Kane", and it seems good (its advertisement videos definitely sell you on it very convincingly), but I wanted to try asking here on the forum and ask for you guys to recommend one, or say which one you guys take? Thanks in advance!

Lactose Intolerance

I am looking for suggestions on protein powders. Lactose Intolerance is the problem so I’m not sure of what will work. Is whey still an option? An isolate perhaps or am I left with just the plant options. Thanks for your help
