What size plates should I be using for deadlifts?

I just noticed that the plates I’m using for deadlifts are approximately 350mm in diameter. Is this too short and basically a deficit deadlift? Just wondering what height the plates should be off the ground so I can increase it with mats or something. Thanks.

Progression

Hi, im doing a full body routine. Im getting very fast progression on my legs and back but quite slow on the rest (arms, chest, abs). Is it genetics that certain muscle groups are more prone to develop or should i try a new fullbody program?

Recommend good 4 days split program for building mass (hypertrophy)

My main goal is hypertrophy. Before I was exercising 3 days a week with AllPro program + several exercises added. I feel that I need something more complex now. Please suggest 4 days split program that focuses on building mass (hypertrophy).
