Archer's attempt to bulk and remove skinnyfat.

... Not much to say other than 160 at 19% body fat is disgusting. Going to bulk for 3 months to try and remove this ugliness from my sight. With that being said I need to keep under neath 180 pounds. Hopefully I can go from 160 19% to 180 17% in the three month period.
