Hello everyone.

I'm 5'11, 180 LBS, my goals are to get big (say 200 LBS) and be fairly cut too...

I'm going to a school now that's 30 min away from my house, and the schedualing is weird...

Here is when I can eat:

8:00 - breakfeast (eggs, oatmeal, milk)
10:30 - dunno what to have
12:30 - dunno what to have
3:30 - dunno what to have
I get home at 4:30-5 which is when I will go to gym, and make my shakes, so I could be at the gym between 5-5:30
7:00 - 2-3 chicken breasts, 1 sweet potato, greens (how much?)
9:30 - cottage cheese + flax + penutbutter
12:00 - cottage cheese + flax + penutbutter

I would like to get stronger, while getting cut. I like the size of my muscles now, but would like to slowly bring myself up to 200 LBS, and really shape my body. And if I am not bulking, and still loosing fat, does that mean I'm not gaining muscle? Because this is high protine diet...

Also how much cardio?
